THE RESILIENCE WAY COACHING

The Resilience Way Coaching is a program that ensures that you learn what you need to learn to make big changes in your life. You will engage with the author of The Resilience Way, Kelly Ann McKnight, to learn about the model and how it makes sense in your life. You will complete The Resilience Way Online Workshop and receive one-on-one coaching to develop an action plan for moving forward. Each coaching program is customized to the needs of the learner. That’s how we make sure it works!

I help my clients using a coaching method based on The Five Elements of Resilience, a model I developed to help people just like you. With your willingness to work hard and my support and tools you will find what you need to make real change in your life.
Together we will make it happen!
I use live, one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to allow them to get exactly what they need. We meet twice a month to talk through how things are going, plan for next steps and remove any barriers or obstacles you encounter.
The full Resilience Way Coaching Program includes:
· A Kickstart Session – this one-hour session will get you moving… fast!
· Seven one-hour coaching sessions – these sessions will keep you on track and plan your next steps as you move through the process.
· The Resilience Way Self-Assessment – this will give us data about your current strengths and opportunities for development
· The Resilience Way Online Learning – you will work through 7 modules including video lessons, checklists, templates and challenges
· Free copy of The Resilience Way book mailed to you!
